Susannah Meyer, a high school student, interviewed Rebecca Caruso, Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications for L’Oreal USA, Joanna Kelley, a postdoc at Stanford University and future faculty at Washington State University studying biological diversity, and myself regarding the current state of affairs and future solutions for improving the representation of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) fields in the United States.
